Better to be safe then sorry

It is always better to be safe rather then to be sorry. I am referring to home inspections and buyers.

When making a purchase of any size--- cash or financing, I always recommend a home inspection. It is a minor cost that could save you thousands in the long run. Even if everything looks good to the eye, it takes a real professional Home inspector to ensure and provide the peace of mind every buyer should have when making a new home purchase. Not to mention the inspector carries additional insurance should they miss anything.

Long story short-- Always get a home inspection, it protects all parties involved.

When I was young, I didn't believe in them.  Now that were broker's and see the "legal" issues... YES, always get a home inspection!  ;-)

Deanna, I'm with you on the home inspection!  I'm always adamant that my buyers get home inspections.  It amazes me as a listing agent when buyers don't get inspections.
